Baderdrive Community Trust is seeking a Community Liaison Navigator to support our outreach and health education initiatives across South Auckland. This is an ideal role for someone who is community-minded, organised, and passionate about empowering Pasifika families to lead healthier lives.

As a Community Liaison Navigator, you’ll engage directly with our community, support the delivery of culturally appropriate health promotion activities, and provide administrative coordination across both clinical and community-based programmes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Community engagement and outreach with Pasifika individuals and organisations
  • Supporting the delivery of health promotion and education initiatives
  • Coordinating programme logistics and clinic-based services Managing data, records, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols
  • Providing administrative support and contributing to training and development

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong connection to and understanding of Pasifika communities Experience in General Practice or community health settings (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Indici and Microsoft Office (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Full, clean NZ driver’s licence (essential)
  • Commitment to confidentiality, cultural safety, and community wellbeing

We’re seeking a qualified Social Worker to deliver professional support services to clients within our diverse BDCT community. This role focuses on empowering individuals, advocating for equitable access to services, and addressing barriers that impact wellbeing. You will uphold Te Tiriti o Waitangi and apply Pacific and Māori cultural frameworks in practice.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Providing strengths-based intervention and casework
  • Advocating for clients and connecting them with appropriate services
  • Engaging with community stakeholders and local networks Ensuring client safety and wellbeing through risk assessment and planning
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting processes Participating in supervision, training, and professional development
  • Supporting BDCT’s quality, safety, and compliance standards

To be successful, you’ll bring:

  • Current registration with the Social Workers Registration Board (SWRB) Strong advocacy, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Cultural competence and an understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management systems
  • Full, clean NZ driver’s licence
  • Strong organisation, time management, and problem-solving skills

From maintaining digital systems to creating social media campaigns and visual content, this role is central to keeping our services running smoothly and connecting with our community effectively.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting staff with digital systems and platforms
  • Creating and managing engaging marketing campaigns
  • Designing and producing graphics, videos, and digital content Managing small events and promotional activations Administering and supporting Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

We’re looking for someone who:
